What is my position?
Your relationship with Almighty Virtual operators LLC will be a business to business relationship. You will be considered an independent contractor and will not be an employee of Almighty Virtual Operators LLC. This means you’ll receive a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes. You are responsible for your own taxes and bookkeeping. Your client support position is your choice, based on the clients available in the portal at the time. Please note that this is a business opportunity, not a “job”. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for fees associated with running a business.
Is this a real work at home job
Yes. Almighty Virtual Operators LLC is currently partnered with the Arise Virtual Solutions work from home platform. As a CSP (customer service professional) you will have access to work for several fortune 500 companies
Are there any fee's ?
Here at Almighty Virtual Operators, our goal is to have the top performing clients for Arise. In order to provide the support and infrastructure necessary for our clients to achieve top performance Administrative Support Fee that will be deducted per pay period to you is a Flat Administrative Support Fee of $39.75 per Invoice period (includes the Arise fee of $19.75) You’re responsible for background check fee if any through Arise.
Each client requires an initial training certification – fees vary by client but range from $10-$250. You are responsible for your client certification fees. Consider this as buying your wardrobe for your job or paying for your class at a technical school. Almighty Virtual operators LLC does not charge these fees, the clients do.

What is the schedule and how are you paid?
You are responsible for selecting your own hours that are available. Hours are available on a “first come, first serve” basis and Almighty Virtual Operators LLC does not guarantee a certain amount of hours. Each client has a peak demand period, where there are more hours available, which is shown within the Opportunity Announcement (OA) in the Arise portal. The OA gives you information about the clients opportunity, minimum hour requirements, general servicing hours and peak demand hours. The OA allows you to decide if the clients needs will align with your desired schedule, before you express interest. Almighty Virtual Operators pays twice a month. Contractor will be paid on the 15th for the first payment of the month and the last day of the month for the second payment of the month via direct deposit. More information regarding the pay schedule will be included in your service agreement. Training is NOT paid. unless otherwise noted.
Do I have to be a US citizen?
Yes. You must live in The United States and be a United States citizen. You must speak English; however you are allowed to know multiple languages as long as English is the primary language
How long do I have to find/select a client program?
You have 120 days from completion of the Admissions process to enroll in a client certification course. Enrolling in – and passing – a client certification course is the last step before you can begin providing services on a client program.
Do you require a background check?
There is a national background check required from Arise Registration. All applicants must successfully pass the background check before proceeding to the next step. The background check does not include a credit report, so your credit history will not be a factor!
Are there any benefits?
As an independent contractor, you are considered self-employed. We do not provide any medical/health benefits. There are tax benefits that you can receive as a self-employed independent contractor. Please speak to your CPA or Tax professional for more information.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we encourage you to refer anyone that is looking to take advantage of this work from home adventure. Bonuses are offered for the successful completion of certification of anyone you refer and work for 30 days.
